At Tx North, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs and provide tracking information for your convenience.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders above $200.00!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via the website messenger or email us at info@txnorthco.com

 

Exchanges - Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in the event of an exchange (excluding damaged items). If you are needing to exchange an item, please send us an email with the following details; Name, date package is being returned, size/item you would like to exchange for

Damaged or Faulty items - If Items arrive damaged, please send us a picture and provide us with the order number. We will provide you with a shipping label and happily exchange your product or issue a refund to your original payment method.

*We do not allow refunds on items at this time (excluding damaged items).*
